Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on UA888. This age requirement is strictly enforced. If UA888 determines at any point that a member is or was under the age of 21 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately and all balances and winnings forfeited.

Geographic Eligibility

UA888 operates as an online gaming platform intended for use by players located in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from the Philippines and that online gaming is not prohibited under any law applicable to you personally.

Personal Eligibility

• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by UA888 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of UA888.

One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one UA888 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it promptly if any details change. UA888 relies on the information provided to process withdrawals and verify identity; inaccurate details can delay or prevent transaction processing.

KYC Verification

Identity verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. UA888 may request a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. This is a standard security measure to protect both the member and the platform. Accounts that cannot complete KYC verification will have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. UA888 will never ask for your password via email or chat. OTP verification is sent to your registered Philippine mobile number at every new device login. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately.

Currency

All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on UA888 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods

UA888 accepts deposits through Philippine local payment channels including online banking, bank transfers via Instapay and PESONet, and supported local e-wallets. Specific methods available are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• Credit cards are not an accepted deposit method.
• Cryptocurrency is not an accepted deposit method.
• Deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request. UA888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the UA888 cashier and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change and the current limits displayed in your account at the time of transaction apply.

RNG Certification

All games on the UA888 platform — including slots, fish games, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generator systems. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and are not influenced by previous results, account balance, or any other external factor.

Game-Specific Rules

Each game on the platform has its own rules and paytable accessible from within the game interface. Members are encouraged to review these before placing bets. UA888 is not responsible for losses resulting from a member's unfamiliarity with a game's rules.

Disconnection Policy

If a game session is interrupted by a disconnection, the round result is recorded server-side from the moment the bet was placed. Reconnecting to the game will reflect the settled result. If a discrepancy arises, the server-side record is the authoritative record of the round outcome.

Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned. UA888 is not liable for losses caused by technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

Promotions and bonuses offered by UA888 are subject to specific terms published with each offer on the Promotions page. Members must read and comply with these terms to be eligible for the associated reward.

General Promotion Rules

• Promotions are intended for individual recreational use only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be moved between accounts.
• UA888 does not guarantee any specific bonus amount, percentage, wagering requirement, or expiry period unless these details are explicitly stated in the promotion's own terms.
• Abusing promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic patterns of play designed purely to convert bonus funds — is prohibited and may result in bonus removal and account action.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The applicable requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms. Where no wagering requirement is specified, standard withdrawal conditions apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the UA888 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, reversal of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Creating more than one account per person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or the platform
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in games or platform software for financial gain
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games
• Using funds of illegal origin on the platform (money laundering)
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members or staff
• Attempting to access or tamper with UA888 systems, databases, or backend infrastructure

UA888-Initiated Closure

UA888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where fraud or prohibited activity is detected, or where required by law.

Where an account is closed for a breach, outstanding balances may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to member conduct, any balance of real-money funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned through the member's registered payment method after identity verification.

Member-Initiated Closure

All content on the UA888 platform — including but not limited to the UA888 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the property of UA888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content.

Scraping, crawling, or systematically downloading platform content using automated tools is prohibited.

UA888 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliability and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

UA888 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of profits, or other financial loss arising from: platform downtime or technical interruption; game malfunctions; third-party payment processing delays or failures; or events outside our reasonable control.

You access and use the UA888 platform at your own risk. Gaming involves financial risk — by participating you accept that losses may occur and that UA888 makes no guarantee of any outcome, winning probability, or return on any game or wager placed on the platform.

UA888 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

Personal information collected during registration and KYC verification is used to manage your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and provide you with platform services. UA888 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

UA888 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify active members via the contact details registered with their account.

Your continued use of the UA888 platform after an updated version of these Terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. UA888 is not obligated to provide individual notification for every amendment.
